Result

The final pitch event for the "TRANSPOSE Innovation Challenge" was held in Yokohama City on Wednesday, February 25, 2026. A total of 11 teams, including startups from around the world selected from over 300 applications and one internal entry, took the stage. Five judges from both inside and outside the company, including president and representative executive officer of Yamaha Corporation, Atsushi Yamaura, conducted the judging.
After a competitive evaluation process, Moodsonic (U.K.; CEO Evan Benway) received the Grand Prix.
Yamaha will provide Moodsonic with financial support to conduct a proof of concept (PoC) and to advance the business partnership between the two companies. Other award winners included Rap Fame (Yamaha Award), Ear screen presented by a Yamaha in-house team (YMI Award) and Eupnoos (YMI Fund Award). Each team will be offered a range of opportunities to explore potential business collaboration with Yamaha.
