Recent advances in sensing technology and data analysis have made it possible to visualize the effects of sound and scientifically measure its impact on sleep, exercise, stress, and more. This contest, “Sound × Well-Being,” seeks ideas that use sound as a starting point to enhance people's well-being in their daily lives.
